The Events Calendar began as a custom-built solution for a client. In 2009, Modern Tribe, a digital agency, realized there wasn’t a WordPress tool for managing multiple events in one calendar. After building one for their clients, the agency scaled up and created a plugin to meet the market need.
Since then, The Events Calendar has introduced more than 10 different plugins and add-ons that make it easy to manage your events on WordPress, every step of the way.
