Expect an email reminder 14 days before your annual subscription is set to renew.
For monthly plans we’ll renew your subscription each month like clockwork—no inbox-clogging reminders. (Because nobody needs another “Your payment is due!” email, right?) Want out? You can toggle renewals off anytime right from your StellarWP Account Portal. Easy.
Canceling your subscription doesn’t trigger a refund. Your StellarSite will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
That said, we get it—sometimes a product isn’t the right fit. If you decide within 30 days of purchasing an annual plan, or within 15 days of your initial monthly plan, that StellarSites isn’t meeting your needs, we’re here to make it right.
Before you request a refund, we encourage you to reach out to our support team. Many common issues can be resolved quickly—and fast, friendly support is part of what you paid for.
