Welcome to StellarSites. If you’ve chosen the Learning Plan, you’re set up with everything you need to build and manage online courses using LearnDash LMS. This guide walks you through setup, course creation, and student management, so you can start teaching with confidence.

Logging Into Your Site #

Once you’ve purchased your Learning Plan, you’ll receive a welcome email with a direct login link. You can also access your site by visiting your StellarSites dashboard and selecting Sites > Log In.

To avoid future login issues, it’s recommended to set a new password right away. Inside your WordPress dashboard, go to Users, click your username, and choose Set New Password.

Launch Your Site with Site Assist #

Site Assist is your step-by-step launch checklist, designed to simplify your first setup. It walks you through essential tasks like selecting your theme, reviewing your installed plugins, and preparing your site to go live—all from your StellarSites dashboard.

Introducing LearnDash LMS #

LearnDash is your built-in course management engine. With it, you can build courses, deliver content, track learner progress, issue certificates, and even sell access, all inside your WordPress site.

Creating Your First Course #

Courses are created using the visual builder in LearnDash. From your dashboard, navigate to LearnDash LMS > Courses and click Add New. Give your course a title and description, then use the Builder tab to add lessons, topics, and quizzes in a simple drag-and-drop interface. In the Settings tab, you can configure course access settings, like making it free, paid, or restricted to members. When everything looks right, click Publish to launch your course.

Monetizing Your Courses #

You can sell courses using WooCommerce for one-time payments, memberships, or bundled access. First, install and activate WooCommerce. Then, create a new product and set it as a virtual product. In your LearnDash course settings, link the course to that product and set up payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe. When everything is set, publish your course and start accepting students.

ProPanel: Real-Time LMS Control #

With ProPanel, you’ve got a real-time command center for your learning site. ProPanel gives you a big-picture view—and granular control—of everything happening inside your courses.
