Email Notifications:

  • Alerts when a site backup fails

Why You’re Receiving Emails:
These notifications alert you to backup issues so you can take action and safeguard your site’s content.

Solid Central #

Email Notifications:

  • The Solid Performance plugin does not send any emails to administrators or users.

Solid Mail #

Email Notifications:

  • Solid Mail doesn’t send messages directly, but it delivers emails generated by other tools via SMTP. Once configured, it should operate quietly in the background.

Why You’re Receiving Emails from StellarWP Brands #

When you sign up for StellarSites, accounts are automatically created for you with several StellarWP brands (like SolidWP, Kadence, and GiveWP). These accounts are what power the tools included in your plan and ensure everything works together out of the box. Emails from these brands are sent to:

  • Notify you of critical site events (e.g., backups, uptime, security)
  • Confirm account activities (e.g., 2FA prompts, login verifications)
  • Communicate with your site’s users (e.g., WooCommerce orders, GiveWP donations)
  • Provide updates or alerts for specific features (e.g., course progress, event registrations)

All emails are part of your StellarSites experience to reduce brand confusion, even if they come from a specific brand like SolidWP or GiveWP. If you’re unsure why you received an email, check this guide or contact StellarSites support for clarification.

How to Manage Email Notifications #

Many of the tools included in StellarSites allow you to configure email settings to suit your preferences. For example:

  • WooCommerce: Customize order and customer emails in the WooCommerce settings.
  • GiveWP: Adjust donation-related email templates in the GiveWP dashboard.
  • Solid Central: Review notification settings for backups, uptime monitoring, and security alerts.
